Who we are

Information we collect
The information we intentionally collect through this website is what you choose to enter into the Project Starter or Website Audit request forms. Project Starter asks for business and contact information plus the project details you choose to provide. The shorter Website Audit form asks for your name, email, website URL, and the main question you want the audit to address. Fields marked optional are genuinely optional — you decide what to share. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp instead, we receive whatever you choose to send through those channels, in the same way as any other email or WhatsApp conversation.
We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this website. Cloudflare, which delivers and helps secure this website, may use minimal technical mechanisms necessary for performance and security; these are not used to track you across other websites.
This website does not create accounts, does not process payments, and does not require you to log in.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit through the Project Starter form to understand your project and respond to your inquiry. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Project Starter and Website Audit submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form-processing service, which delivers your submission to our inbox (contato@gcoretech.com.br) and keeps a copy in Formspree's own submission archive. Formspree also runs Formshield, an automated spam-filtering safeguard, on these submissions; we do not use a CAPTCHA on these forms.
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare serves the website's files to your browser and helps protect it from abuse; it does not otherwise process the contents of your Project Starter submission.
International processing
Formspree and Cloudflare may process data on servers located outside Brazil as part of providing their services to us.
How long we keep your information
We keep Project Starter and Website Audit submissions for up to 12 months, unless a longer retention period is required to fulfill a contract with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us, including relying on established, reputable processors for form handling and hosting. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and how to reach us
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data you've submitted to us by contacting contato@gcoretech.com.br. We will respond to your request as soon as reasonably possible.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
